The Natural Confectionery Company has redesigned the packaging of its confectionery products, following a successful year, which saw the brand grow 21%.
The redesigned packaging features a range of animal characters and colourful design, aiming it at young consumers with viewing panels in the ‘mouths’ of the various animal characters on pack, to allow consumers to see the product through the packet.
To support the redesign of the entire range, the brand will also be investing £3.5m in marketing this year, with new executions of the TV ads planned, to bring to life more of the characters featured on the new packaging.
Susan Nash, Cadbury trade communications manager, comments, “The redesign will build upon this success by emphasising the brand’s fun and playful character which is so popular with consumers. The bright, accessible packaging will appeal to a variety of customers.”
